SOLUTIONS FOR ALL TEETH MISSING
At present, there are 2 solutions to replace all the missing teeth. To better understand what this is about, we have explained each procedure below.
REPLACING EACH TEETH WITH A DENTAL IMPLANT
Typically, a dental arch contains a number of 16 teeth. In the classic method, 12 teeth on the arch (without the "mind masses" and the first 2 front teeth) are replaced on the same day by either 8 or 10 dental implants. This way of insertion involves the placement of a large number of parallel implants that have the role of replacing the roots of the missing teeth.
IMPLANT-SUPORTED DENTURES
The solution involves placing a fixed prosthesis on 4 or 6 implants and is known as ALL ON 4, respectively ALL ON 6.
Implant-supported dentures has the following features:
- An economical solution to replace all missing teeth with an implant.
- It can be done in one day, together with the insertion of the 4/6 implants.
- Does not require bone addition or other bone restoration procedures; special types of implants are used in certain areas that allow insertion.

The solution involves placing a mobile prosthesis on 2 or 4 implants and is known as "staple prosthesis on implants„.
Implant-retained dentures has the following features:
- It is fixed by a "matrix-patrice" system similar to the staples on a shirt.
- It can be done in one day, together with the insertion of the 2/4 implants.
- Does not require bone addition or other bone restoration procedures; special types of implants are used in certain areas that allow insertion.
- The functions of speech, phonation and mastication return to normal
- The cheapest solution for patients who have lost all their teeth.
