CG patient 49 years old, One by One implants in one day

Today we present the case of the 49-year-old CG patient, carrying 2 implants upstairs who wanted to restore the upper arch with 6 dental implants, respectively 2 implants in the mandible.
Initial dental situation
Originally from Canada, the 49-year-old patient, a smoker, decided she wanted to rehabilitate her teeth on her jaw arch. As can be seen in the panoramic radiograph, our patient already had 2 dental implants inserted.

Dr. Nassar's solution: One by One extractions and implants
In order to completely rehabilitate the maxillary arch, we chose as a solution the replacement of the front teeth with 6 AB implants. At the same time, I added 2 implants to the mandible. The procedure began with the extraction of compromised teeth and lasted several hours, the patient leaving home with implants one day.

Better, isn't it?
Compared to the initial situation, individually placed implants offer not only superior aesthetics, but also maximum strength and stability.

Thanks to the One By One procedure - tooth to tooth implant - our patient regained the aesthetics of her smile and self-confidence. The patient also promised to quit smoking, an additional reason for the implants to last a lifetime.
