Due to the narrow platform, the Pyramidion system fits better than any other implant in a situation of bone resorption. While other implants stress the bone in an invasive way, the pyramidal shape distributes the forces in an optimal way. This results in superior stability in the case of a fast implant with immediate loading, but also a low bone loss over time.
